Service Description
This service is for the child that has a lot of anxiety about getting their haircut. If they have special needs such as sensory issues, autism, or just severe anxiety then we can provide them with a special hair service. We have a 30 minute time slot to allocate a slow and steady haircut where they don't feel rushed and anxious. This gives you a better quiet atmosphere for your child that may be easily over stimulated. A tip to booking this service is to book one of our 1st appointments or last appointments of the day, also please bring anything with them that helps them feel more comfortable. Let us know in the notes when you book if there is any additional information that would help us with your childs haircut.
Cancellation Policy
NO SHOWS or LATE APPTS ** We understand life gets crazy especially when it comes to kids but please understand a no show for us means we waisted an appointment spot that could have been for someone else waiting to get an appointment and it also means that we are at work making no income. Here is a break down of how we deal with no shows and late appointments: - Complete No-Show: No Refund if pd online, if you're a cash customer there will be a full haircut added to your next visit. - No-Show with a call within 24 hours explaining your reason for the no-show: 50% refund online or 50% added to your next visit - Showing up Late to your Appt: If your late arrival is going to push us behind and make other people who show up on time have to wait then we will give you a 50% refund of your already pd haircut or you will owe us 50% of your total at your next visit. LATE APPTS can be no more than 5 MINUTES LATE (this is at our discretion) Please be courteous to our staff! We want to have the full amount of time to do your childs haircut. Nothing good comes from rushing a haircut because you showed up late to your appointment. Â ** For cancellations please be courteous and call 24 hours ahead of your appointment or log into your account and reschedule your hair service. If you are logged in as a member you can reschedule or cancel your appointment online. ** We are wonderfully placed right next to train tracks and parking can sometimes be difficult, please give yourself plenty of time to get to your appointment.
