Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a braiding session please give us at least a 2 hour notice by texting us at 614.625.3370. Refunds are only given for cancelled appointments within that 2 or more hour time frame. If you no show your session please understand that a refund will not be given unless otherwise stated by management. Please be considerate of our time and other customers. Please show up to your session 5 minutes early so we can keep a smooth flow with all sessions, if you are late we may have to move on to the next appointment and fit you in later. Your session does not include unbraiding yesterday's braids, please come with unbraided hair. Thank you for understanding!
